By combining wearable devices with voice chatbot technology, an employee receives various data quickly and in real-time.
Integration of such a solution with the enterprise’s internal ERP system will allow the service specialist to receive tasks, instructions or data on working with various equipment, send reports using only a wearable device, without being distracted by paperwork.

The client wanted to conduct a study regarding the possibility of minimizing the time spent by technical staff on equipment maintenance.

The tasks of the proof of concept that needed to be created included the creation of a voice chatbot that would work on a Real Wear wearable devices and allow receiving tasks and sending statuses about their implementation to the enterprise ERP system.

In addition, the employee could receive information about the service procedure and reference materials on the Real Wear display using a voice chatbot.

Jasoren created a client-server application that allows:

- Obtain maintenance orders from the enterprise system.

- Display them in order of priority on the employee’s RealWear display.

- Receive information from the internal enterprise system regarding the equipment maintenance procedure specified in the maintenance orders.

- Send reports on the request status and a progress report.

Result

According to the test results conducted by the client, the time savings of the maintenance employee using this solution amounted to about 35%.

It is planned to continue the project with the creation of MVP.
